Who is AgFin?
AgFin Services is a financial consultant to family farms and other Ag enterprises. The business was started for two reasons. One was the realisation of what I enjoyed doing most – working with and helping farmers; and the second was seeing the need of many farm owners to better understand their finances, financial results and cash flows.

My passion is working with ambitious farmers wanting to understand more about farm finances and how the numbers impact growth plans.
I do this by using the experience of 40+ years of financial management in agribusiness, banking, capital markets, finance and treasury. Previous roles include Treasury Manager for Coles Myer, Treasurer Pacific with Westpac and Treasurer for JBS Australia. Big companies? Yes, but the core habits of good discipline around financial management are easily adapted to a farm operation.
Married with four children, the Wimmera has been home since a tree change in 2012 to be closer to family who are 3rd generation wool growers and lamb producers. 10 years may not make me a Horsham local, but it's given me expertise to recognise what a successful farm in Western Victoria looks like.
