At AgFin Services Pty Ltd as trustee for Barnes Family Trust No. 2 (“AgFin Services”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we provide tailored farm business consulting services on a case-by-case basis. The nature of our work involves professional time, expertise, and customised advice, which means we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.


1. No Refunds for Consulting Services

We do not offer refunds or returns for consulting services delivered, including (but not limited to):

  • Strategy sessions

  • Farm financial analysis

  • Reports and documentation

  • Advisory or ongoing support engagements

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that our fees reflect time spent, value provided, and work completed — regardless of the outcomes achieved or implemented by you.


2. Service Agreement Applies

All client engagements are subject to a written Service Agreement, which outlines the scope of work, responsibilities of both parties, deliverables, and any agreed timelines.

In the event of a dispute or concern, the terms of that Service Agreement will govern the resolution process, including (if applicable) provisions for negotiation, mediation, or legal jurisdiction.


3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This Returns Policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If services are not provided with due care and skill, or do not match the agreed description or purpose, you may be entitled to remedies under the ACL.
